Feeder

Adjustable vibration motor ensures smoother paper feeding. 3. The electric side panel can be finely adjusted in width and is equipped with a speed-reducing motor for electronic adjustment, providing telescopic support for the rear of the paper stack suitable for various box configurations.

Side alignment

Utilizes a servo-driven independent drive system for synchronized operation of the tracking host. 2. Features adjustable side guides; the lower support frame, which is not parallel to the wall panel, stretches the paper and transports it along a parallel guiding mechanism, ensuring paper alignment. The motor-driven system enables alignment from both sides of the device with simple and convenient operation, facilitating paper feeding into the correction section smoothly without deviation.

Final folding unit

This folding mechanism employs independent servo-driven mechanisms that adjust according to box shape and speed, ensuring precise completion of the second fold line and seamless alignment of the fourth fold line at 180 degrees.
The left and right turning mechanisms are equipped with servo drives for speed adjustment, allowing independent speed regulation. The rear section features a servo compression mechanism to ensure a more standardized and aesthetically pleasing box shape.

Collection unit

The conveying system is driven by a motor and operates in either manual or automatic (following-type) modes, depending on the box length. The upper conveying pressure section is also motor-driven. The upper belt can move forward or backward according to the box length.
